Olympics Round the Corner can India win Gold and bring back the glorious days of the past ?
Netherlands dominate the latest FIH ranking with 3060.23 points followed by Belgium on 2848.14 points. Germany are places at 3rd place and India at the neck of Germany with 2760.71 points.
India is the most successful team in Hockey Olympics. With a record 8 Gold Medals India was the team to beat with 1980. However we haven’t seen the glorious gold since then. With hope we are moving towards a positive direction, after a long time we won a medal at the Olympics 2020 at Tokyo. India holds a huge record of 29 Recognised International Titles.
